London 2012

I waited a long time for the day when I could watch Bobby White walk out into the Copper Box at the Olympic Park, such an incredible achievement and well deserved after all his hard work and dedication.

Thanks to other distractions this summer the day came round quick and before I had really taken time to consider what we were all about to be a part of, walking into that stadium and seeing so many friendly faces there to support Bobby was amazing.

The incredible atmosphere and that moment Team GB came out the tunnel and I saw Bobby at the front, leading the team out as captain is something I will never forget.

The Olympics in Londond have been an amazing experience and so much more special with Bobby being involved, he has truely inspired me to be a better person and I am so proud of him.

No more wild nights out, no more giving Dan Allen a shout.

I'll miss the fun, I'll miss the sun, but more than anything...

If you didnt already know, the girls from Birmingham know how to throw a party!

The first Mustachio night at Ibiza Rocks House, Pikes Hotel. Had such a good night and look forward to the next one, good tunes, great people and one hell of a party!

Ibiza Rocks The Boat... Everytime!

Has to be a top highlight of the trip so far, standing at the back of the boat as everyone turned to cheer for me after another great day out on the Ibiza Rocks Boat Party.

Great start to the summer in Ibiza

Ibiza, the mild cathedral city cheese of summer destinations... Once you've had a taste, you cant imagine why you would ever need anything else in your life. It all started with my first trip last summer when we came out for the Pugsley wedding, this year it started with a three day stag that turned into a ten day blur of sunshine and good times. It has now lead to working as a photographer out here and here are the results of my first weeks work so far, starting with a pool party at Jet apartments in Playa Den Bossa...

Nike...Be Somebody

For my final project of my 2nd year at uni I have shot an advertising campaign for Nike sportswear, I have created 6 billboards with the concept of "Be Somebody".

 

I developed the concept through researching sportswear campaigns and more specifically the Nike brand identity. I discovered that the majority of the Nike campaigns that we see feature high profile sports personalities that are endorced by the brand, this is something that I would obviously not be able to replicate however I wanted my campaign to relate and communicate more with the customer instead referencing the top end of sporting activities.

 

I decided that I would shoot a variety of sports and activities that are popular in the brands product range and although I would use models, I would later remove the models from the clothes in order to make them appear alive. The idea is to engage with the customer and allow them to imagine themselves in the clothes and as the sports personality.
